All rush is based on availability. If rush cannot be completed, rush fees will be refunded. Please call ahead to check rush availability if necessary for your production. Immediate Rush (1-Hr) orders with more than 4 rolls may take more than one hour due to the time it actually takes to process and/or scan, but will come out immediately as fast as they can be completed. Rush services for E-6 and ECN-2 processing have order minimums (6 rolls) and more constrained availability.

Scan-only options for those with film already developed and ready to scan. All pricing is for uncut film. For cut film, be sure to add the cut film fee for each cut roll before checkout.

Pro Scans
For professional-level 16-bit camera scans (and for all formats larger than 6x9), see our Pro Scans product option.

Please note negatives are expected to be clean and are normally scanned as-is after a safe and light brushing. If your negatives require additional cleaning, this can be offered, but it is an additional charge and must be requested before we complete the scan.

We will leave your film in a roll if it is provided to us this way. If you would like cut and sleeve for your roll once we are finished scanning, this is the same cost as the cut fee (for giving us film already cut to scan), so please simply add the cut roll fee to your cart accordingly for each roll in your order to receive everything back in an archival sleeve.

It is your responsibility to only order scans appropriate and allowed for the formats for which we offer them (info below). Pro scans are done in an ‘Archival Flat’ contrast profile by default to maximize color/tonal information.

We can print from any digital files you provide to us or from anything we scan for you. Print pricing has an order minimum of $8.25 for any single order, but we can print any number (or a whole roll) of prints depending on your needs. Size options include 4x6, 8x10, and various square and panoramic options with a maximum length of either 6” or 8” on the short end and up to 24” long for all prints. We exclusively use a high-end Luster finish for all prints.

Don’t forget to share your images using the link in the confirmation email once you place your order if you are ordering Singles. If you are ordering for a roll of film we processed and scanned for you (or that we are about to), please simply include that order number in the appropriate fields when adding to cart if those services are not paid for in the same order as your prints.

Order minimum shortcut: At least 21 4x6s, 5 8x10s, any full roll order, or any appropriate combination thereof.

Special order custom papers and custom quotes are both available with an additional 24-48-hour lead time for orders over $500. For orders under $500 and with non-standard-size prints, please select the closest option, rounding up, to a similar overall square-footage standard-size print (i.e. for a 10x20 panoramic image, please select a standard-size image with 200 square inches or more, such as 12x18).

Almost all print files require at least a little bit of setup work to produce prints of the quality we aim to provide. We provide some minor setup included in the print cost, but further discussion for larger projects or specific needs may require an additional consultation fee. For example, if you would like your image cropped and know exactly in what way, you can write this to us in an email following the placement of your order, and we can do this for you. However, if you need to discuss cropping and are not sure of your exact needs, we would charge a consulting fee in 30-minute increments. Please read about how our custom fine art prints work below in the Additional Info section so you can properly price and order your prints.

To share your print files with us, please upload them to a file sharing service of your choice, such as Google Drive, and email a link to us once you place your order.

Order minimum: Please keep in mind we have an order minimum of $25 for all fine art prints that are direct-printed (without any setup from us) and $50 for prints requiring any amount of setup, inclusive of the setup fee.

If you need your negatives shipped, select from the following options to ship them one-way (to us or to back to you) or both ways (to us and back to you). All shipping is trackable FedEx 2-Day Express shipping.

Once checked out, we will provide an email with your shipping label within 48 hours. If you need faster service, please send us a reply to your order confirmation email noting your deadline, and we’ll always accommodate when possible.

Please add shipping to your cart along with your processing services whenever possible. If purchasing shipping after already placing a processing or scanning order, please include your existing order number at checkout for reference. All orders shipped together only require one shipping charge each direction, regardless of number of rolls sent for processing and/or scanning.

Our camera scan station rental can be booked in one-hour increments. Here, purchase time credits à-la-carte or in packages for additional discounts. Add-ons can also be purchased here for things such as upgrading to large-format scanning accessories up to 8x10.
